How do virtual appointments work?

Virtual appointments have the objective of enhancing communication with patients who can’t visit our medical office. However, because of their nature, they can only have informative, follow-up or planning purposes.

When should I visit the medical office?

All scenarios in which a medical exam is required, like medical exploration, papanicolau exam, ultrasound exam, or when the doctor considers it necessary, you will be in the need of attending to our medical office.

Virtual appointments are conducted through the «Zoom» app. Please note that virutal appointments will not be held through phone calls or messaging services under any circumstances.

Can I participate on a virtual appointment from another country?

Yes, you can participate on a virtual appointment from where you consider it necessary, but please read in advance the cases in which you would be in the need of visiting our medical office.

What do I need to participate in a virtual appointment?

You need an electronic device with access to the «Zoom» app. We recomend using a calm space to enhance communication and have any tool to take notes at hand.

Can I do my routine check-up through a virtual appointment?

Routine check-ups need a medical exploration, so you would be in the need to visit our medical office.
